Green Office Design Company Appoints Sustainability Expert
Green Design offices and renovation company Morgan Lovell has appointed a sustainability manager to lead the low carbon and energy efficiency initiatives at the national level.
Sophie Hutchinson joins sustainable office building our company with a mandate to evolve, develop and deliver sustainability current proposal Morgan Lovell and energy. Previously was director of environmental management in the Green 2020.
A graduate of the London School of Economics with a Diploma in Environmental Policy, Sophie Areas of expertise include economic analysis of the environment, climate change strategy, environmental assessment and sustainability management.
Sophie is also an associate member of Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and a member of the Royal Geographical Society.
David Henderson, executive director of Morgan Lovell, said: "Sophie comes to us with a wealth of knowledge, gained both in academia and in the field.
"She will play a key role in the maintenance of Morgan Lovell position as a leader in the provision of green office environments, which offer businesses a cost effective solution and at the same time meeting the urgent need for a low carbon future. "
Morgan Lovell has a leading position in the industry as the pioneer of green office interiors.
Earlier this year, the design office and setting the company became the first organization in Britain to achieve BS EN 16001 certification with BSI.
Experts said the green office management Standard energy after establishing processes and systems to improve energy efficiency in its London office.
Since the introduction a series of measures – including the installation of smart meters to measure and control energy use, and technology teams to power-down, as computers when not in use – Morgan Lovell has been the drop in energy bills by about 30 percent over 12 months.
